Introduction
Welcome to YalaRide.com ("we," "us," "our," or "YalaRide"). YalaRide is an online marketplace that connects customers ("you", "user") with independent car rental operators ("rental providers").
YalaRide.com :
- Does not own or operate vehicles listed on the platform
- Is not a rental company
- Acts only as a Booking facilitator between customer and rental operator
Scope of Agreements
When reserving a vehicle through YalaRide, you acknowledge that you are entering into two distinct legal relationships:
Agreement A
Rental agreement with the car rental operator.
Agreement B
Platform usage agreement with YalaRide.

Eligibility to Use the Platform
To book using the YalaRide platform, you must fulfill the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid driving license
- Provide accurate personal information
- Agree to the rental operator's terms, including insurance and deposit rules
Note: Rental operators may have different age restrictions. High-value categories like SUVs or Luxury cars may require a driver to be 21+ years of age.
