YalaRide is a booking platform that connects customers with independent rental operators.

We do not own cars — operators list their vehicles, and customers book them through our app or website.
No. YalaRide is a marketplace, not a rental car provider.

The operator supplies the vehicle and fulfills the rental.
1. Search location, dates, and car type
2. Select the vehicle that suits your needs
3. Pay to confirm your booking (prepaid or postpaid options available)
4. Meet the operator at pickup time with your required documents
Operators generally require:
• Valid driver's license
• Government-issued ID or passport
• Debit/credit card (for security deposit — handled by operator)

Some operators may require additional verification depending on their policies.
YalaRide collects full rental payment through the app/website when booking is confirmed.

The security deposit, if applicable, is handled directly by the rental operator during pickup.
