We do not own cars — operators list their vehicles, and customers book them through our app or website.

No. YalaRide is a marketplace, not a rental car provider.

The operator supplies the vehicle and fulfills the rental.

2. Select the vehicle that suits your needs
3. Pay to confirm your booking (prepaid or postpaid options available)
4. Meet the operator at pickup time with your required documents

Operators generally require:

• Valid driver's license
• Government-issued ID or passport
• Debit/credit card (for security deposit — handled by operator)

Some operators may require additional verification depending on their policies.

YalaRide collects full rental payment through the app/website when booking is confirmed.

The security deposit, if applicable, is handled directly by the rental operator during pickup.

We accept:

• Mastercard
• American Express
• Apple Pay / Google Pay

Security deposits are collected and refunded directly by the rental operator, not YalaRide.

Deposit amounts may vary depending on:

• Vehicle category
• Rental duration
• Operator policy within YalaRide's framework

Your rental payment confirms the booking.

Deposits are meant to cover:

• Traffic violations
• Fuel differences
• Damages, if applicable

Deposits are not charged by YalaRide.

You will receive:

• Instant booking confirmation
• Operator contact details
• Pickup address + instructions

Yes, based on operator availability.

Modifications may include:

• Changing pickup date
• Extending duration
• Selecting a different car category

Changes must be requested through YalaRide support.

In rare cases:

1. We will assign another available vehicle OR
2. Process a refund according to the Refund Policy

YalaRide will support you throughout the process.

Yes. Cancellations follow the rules defined in the Cancellation Policy.

Refunds follow the Refund Policy if the cancellation fulfills the eligibility conditions.

Yes. In cases of:

• No-show without notice
• Late cancellation past the deadline
• Failure to provide valid documents at pickup

The booking may be marked as non-refundable.
